On one of my recent trips to Kiko I went all nuts over their eye products, as per usual! I definitely wanted to haul them at some point and even thou the shade range is rather interesting I found the shades I selected are quite transitional for in between seasons.
Nars is on fire and keeps hitting us with more and more exciting new launches! Part of the season collection and added to their permanent line the Powermatte Lip Pigments (23£) came to shake the liquid lipstick world.
If you are familiar with Nars they launched their Velvet Lip Glides last year which are liquid lipsticks that don't dry matte but stay for a long time on the lips. This season's bet is on the traditional matte liquid lipstick but with the comfort added to it.

Sleek Makeup is hands down one of my favourite brands at the drugstore! Packaging always on point but for the matters, quality is amazing for the price!
My first ever Sleek product was an eyeshadow palette that I got at Sephora Portugal back in 2012?! Probably before! It's the Storm palette that I use till today and love!
Essence is getting bigger here in the UK which makes me very happy since it was one of the first makeup brands I tried a few years ago! It has hits and misses like every other brand but for the price, most of their releases are phenomenal!
Here's another makeup of the day post this time featuring a super warm eye look with a blue lipstick! I want to make more of these posts but most of the times I look odd on the pictures, I don't think I have a good side haha!
Oh well, I wore this makeup the other day when I was going for some tea and cupcakes with the boy, and I can tell the lipstick held on so well to all the eating and drinking! So impressed! One thing I was not too impressed was the performance of the lid shade, it lost its glow after a while, and even thou you can't really see much of it in here I can tell you, it is a foiled one so the sparkle is real at first!
I was looking after my notes on the look but can't find them anywhere so bare with me! I remember what I used on the eyes, it was all Makeup Geek Eyeshadows and I don't have many so it's quite easy to name them!
On the lid is Flame Thrower, inner corner has In The Spot Light and crease has a mix of Frappe and Cocoa Bear! On the lips I'm wearing the LA Splash Smitten LipTint Mousse in Deadly Nightshade, a very deep blue that lasts the longest time ever! I really enjoy the applicator and how smooth and easy to apply the formula actually is! Definitely recommend those if you're into liquid lipsticks!

Here I am again with another haul! May I remind you I'm still on my spending ban and no this was not a weak moment, just a few things I picked up before I started this journey. I also have more coming up but you'll get that later!
Where do I start? Beauty Bay, I've been doing some shopping there for the past months and after loving everything and the fastest shipping ever I went for more Zoeva!
Out of nowhere here I am again with another haul, if you follow me on Twitter you know what I'm talking about... those midnight purchases I totally do by impulse after a long day at work!
To say this is not even the most recent one explains a lot about my obsession with beauty right?!
Without rambling too much I must say I'm obsessed with NYX and since we can finally get a hold of their products through Boots I go mad and buy everything I've always wanted to try!
In a way I want to start by mentioning nothing will ever beat the original Tartelette palette that I love more than any other eyeshadow group I own, but... something comes up close to it!
It had to obviously be its new version, the Bloom, the one for what I spent days and days looking through QVC UK till the day it came up live... I even considered ordering it from the states but my patience allowed me better deal!
Without further ado let's start by looking inside this superb combination of shades.
To start with the most significant difference between the original Tartelette and this one is obviously the 3 shimmery shades that turned a complete matte palette into something else! I particularly love the last entire row but in a fair overall review all of the shades are my cup of tea at some stage!
Quality wise is equally as good as the first one, pigmented, still a bit powdery matte shadows but creamy shimmery ones. Fantastic lasting power and pay-off on the skin, the combinations are endless and you can really go with just this to a desert island and you'll be as glamorous as you can be!
The second most notorious difference between Bloom and the original is of course the shade selection, whereas this one is based in browns and earth shades the original was obviously the purple tones Tarte is recognised for!
I'm impressed with this palette and it's been one of my most used since I got it, I find the addition of shimmery shades an amazing improvement and a difference that will probably get more people into it!
I bought mine from QVC UK and it came with an amazing brush retailing for 31.68£ at discount price coming to the original of 35£ anytime soon, so if you fancy it go and grab it now!

NYX has always been appealing to me as most of the people in the beauty world just raves about their products, since I first saw them online I jumped at the opportunity to get everything Ive wanted to try for ages... this is not the first haul but the last one I did so let's see if it's worth all the attention!
I must say it's extremely cold outside, I decided to visit Starbucks for a session of blogging as when I stay at home I can't do anything really... With my peppermint tea to warm me up I must start with an adventurous haul at Inglot this week!
I've been obsessed with Inglot for a long time now but I mostly go for their eyeshadows and eyeliners other than anything else, to say they were one of the first companies coming out with the freedom system might be revolutionary but also impressive! I've always loved the freedom of choosing whatever I want for me in a palette so this time I went for things I never tried before from the brand.
A blush and a contour powder - that gave me already too much head ache in a way - a brow gel in order to know whether I should go fot the Anastasia one or not, and finally a lipstick in pencil form as for the normal bullet ones I didn't seem to get along with any shade!
Colour Pop is well known in the beauty community but unfortunately it's not sold in Europe, which to be honest leaves me surprised as they would be very popular around here! To my joy I have some family living in Canada that accepted to ship me a few things if I'd like to and well I sure did place an order at Colour Pop!!
As surprising as it may sounds I am not the biggest fan of Mac products, I usually don't find anything too different from what I can get anywhere else worth my money! But for quite some time I wanted to own the Soft Ocre paint pot and see how good it is! Well, I'm not regretting it at all!
