Joker has always been one of my favourite villains since my teens and I quite liked his madness. I still do! Being his purpl-y green combo an inspiration for me I decided to go for a look that resembles Joker and the Sparkling Nights of his madness while joking around with Batman. A not so usual combination of colours but still wearable for both day and night depending on your taste.
If you've been following me for a long time you've noticed I love to play with eyeshadows and not stick to the so wearable nudes everyone loves! I'm much more of an adventurous girl on the lids than on the lips and cheeks that's why you get to see more of bolder eye makeup looks!
Enough rambling here comes the guide to achieve this look.
Blue moon, so convenient! I honestly don't know where my creativity name room is placed on my brain but the little man taking care of it should sometimes do a better job!
And I can hear you all saying "another makeup look?!" I don't seem to get bored #sorrynotsorry and let's be real you surely can take some inspiration out of this, don't you?
Zircon is the name of a precious blue stone that I found pretty inspiring for this makeup look!
New Year's Eve is close and we all get that feeling of pressure when choosing the outfit and makeup. For today's suggestion I have a brown eyeshadow look with glittery gold eyeliner plus a pop of color.
To begin with Kiko eyeshadow in 121 made its way all over the lid followed by 123 on the crease, the first a taupe matte brown, the second a medium tone brown with sparkles.
For the eyeliner I used the gold glitter from Claire's glitter tower mixed with Duraline by Inglot.
The blue eyeliner of choice is Catrice Longlasting Eye Pencil Waterproof in 090 Petrol And The Wolf. If blue is not your cup of tea you can always wear a nude liner and it will also make your eyes look glamorous!
This is one of my favorite ways to wear gold and blue at the same time in a more subtle way.
Which color would you dare to use on the waterline in this look?!

Aureus Imperium
Since festive seasons are here we have to hurry and find the perfect dress and a makeup look to go with it! Whenever I think about Christmas or New Year, gold is the color that pops in my mind. Maybe it's the champagne bottle cap or the fireworks, I just love to see gold makeup at night, not to say it is a glamorous color!
Aureus Imperium as known as "The Golden Rule", is the Latin expression that defines best this look!
To start off I used the Elf Jumbo Stick in French Lace all over the lid emphasizing the inner corner. The eyeshadows are from Storm palette, by Sleek and on top of French Lace is the champagne shimmery color followed by the goldish & the brown with red sparkles all over the crease and bottom lash line. I finished the look applying mascara but if you enjoy wearing fake eyelashes go for them!

Neutral looks go well with everything. I was in doubt of what to wear on my shopping trip! I came up with this simple look with subtle browns and a burgundy eyeliner.
To start off Inglot 344 (swatches here) all over the lid with Catrice Absolute Eye Colour 080 Go, Charlie Brown! on the crease. The brow bone 070 Double Espresso Macchiato, Please! by Catrice and the luminous inner corner is a shimmery champagne color from Kiko 02 Adictive Song palette (swatches here).
To finish the look Velvet Matt eyeshadow - 040 Al Burgundy by Catrice combined with Duraline by Inglot (review here) created a different eyeliner.
Overall I enjoyed this look and hope to wear it more often! It is natural but has a pop of color on the eyeliner without making it extreme or unwearable!
Do you always wear black eyeliner or change the color sometimes?!

As far as I know holidays are close and it's always nice to have a hint of inspiration for some looks to wear on Christmas Eve or even New Year's!
A hint of Autumn is given with a cranberry color and a light skin tone shade brightens up the entire look making it wearable for day/night.
Kiko 020 Adictive Song palette made the honors with the stunning reddish shade and for the skin tone color a matte shadow from ELF did the job. Giving a more glamorous finish the Kiko Precision Eyeliner left a (not so straight) line combined with Essence Lash Princess mascara for great lashes.
Lastly a nude eyeliner made its way to my waterline for a subtle look, if you like more black just use black! Goes well with everything!
Do you prefer matte or shimmery looks for the holidays?

Wood Burgundy
Autumn is in the air, now I can say that. The cold, cloudy weather has came and the sweaters made their way to my outfits. Browns and burgundies have been two of my favorite colors to wear this season and so that I bring you this look.
A white base defines the intensity of the shadows, in this case - nyx jumbo pencil in Milk. All the eyeshadows are singles from Kiko so the first color I applied was 136 that's now discontinued but you can easily find a shimmery burgundy nowadays. On the crease I used 123 that's also a shimmery medium brown and to complete I used the Colour Sphere eyeshadow in 02, a beige tone with lots of shimer. With the same brown I smoked out the under lash line and finished the look with mascara.
I really like this kind of looks to wear specially in this time of the year. Which colours are your favorites for Fall season? :)

Luminous Water
Winter usually calls for grays and burgundies but blue is also a color that I enjoy wearing at any time or season so why not a blue eye makeup?
As a base NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk - loyal friend - on top of that I used a green color that shows up blue on camera (I don't know why) and it is by Catrice - 510 In Love With Hulk. It has subtle shimmer and I think it goes pretty awesome with brown eyes! On the crease and inner corner I used Kiko Infinity Eyeshadow in 275 (from the clic's system). On the waterline I have Catrice Longlasting Eye Pencil Waterproof in 090 Petrol And The Wolf. The colors look gorgeous together and even if you don't see yourself wearing them at day time you can always try at night ;)

When we wake up late and have to get ready in 10 minutes the last thing we probably want is to spend all the time doing our makeup. For those, like me, who are always in a hurry I give my most used products for a quick yet good look.
Something that never fails - concealer & powder - and your face is done! Cover the blemishes & under eye circles and prevent oily skin through out the day.
For the eyes I always go for eyeliner - liquid or pencil - and of course mascara! I usually go for the volume ones but your favorite mascara goes perfectly as well. If you need to fill in your brows opt for a pencil since it's quicker to apply!
What it takes to the lips a nude will always look good no matter the season, outfit or your mood. It's easier to apply and maintain than a bold color and it looks natural for a day/work look.
In a total of 7 products I have my makeup done and it will take less than 10 minutes for sure!
Which products you use on your quick makeup looks? :)

Halloween Halloween Halloween, I seem not to get bored right? I don't, actually.. So Tonigh is the day!!!! Where witches and all kind of creatures come out from the death world to say us a hello! I must admit witches get attention with those beautiful pointy hats and big dresses and of course their brooms! Purples, greens and blacks are diffused all over their outfits and I love the combination!
Here's my witch inspired makeup look for the spookiest of spooky days&nights!! Enjoy ;)
To start off I used Nyx Jumbo Pencil in Milk all over the lid as a base to make the colors pop! On top of that base is Oriflame Very Me Eye Envy duo in Pretty Green - the light color.
I really like to use highlighting colors on my inner corner but this time I decided to go for a bit more extreme look and applied Kiko eyeshadow in 158 on my crease up to the brows and inner corner. Blended blended blended and ta-dah! Easy right?
On my waterline is a deep emerald green by Kiko - Smocky eye pencil in 02 - and as mascara I'm using Essence Princess Lash Mascara!
To add some extras to the look I decided to apply a green moon and a green rhinestone I think it suits the witchy world pretty well to be honest! The moon I bought ages ago at a local store and I still think it was meant to be for nail art purposes but still got it right on this look!
A witch without lipstick is an incomplete lady so here's my suggestion: Makeup Revolution Salvation Velvet Lacquer in Velvet Black Heart - a deep purpulish color that becomes more of a black if layered - and on top of it I added the same green eyeshadow of my lids to give it more sparkle and life, or shall I say death?
Enough with the macabre talking! Tell me which thing you like the most about this look :)
Have a Spooky week!

I noticed I was too Halloweenie for the past month so why not share something different for a change? There's something you must know first, when I want to create a look I don't have it set on mind, I usually grab random eyeshadows and play with them, if I like the way it turns out I take pictures and share, if I don't I just clean the mess!
As you can see I liked how this one turned out, let me say I love it so much that I want to wear it more than once in the future! That's unusual since I rarely redo a look! Curious about how to get it?
The first step is a base, I usually use the same Nyx Jumbo Pencil in Milk, it's white so it gives a great canvas to work with. On the top of that I applied Catrice Absolute Eye Color in 440 Ice Wide Open and on the crease I used dark brown with red shimmer from my Kiko Street Fashion Palette in 02 Addictive Song. Basically it's a light blue with silver undertones and a dark brown with red sparkles, you can find those easily. As mascara I used the Essence Lash Princess Mascara.
It's simple and I like it a lot! Tell me how you feel about it :)

Glitter goes well with everything at every time of the year but in Halloween it is specially loved by me! A simple look with glitter makes it look all better and for as long as I can say it is appropriated to the season.
I used a black kajal pencil all over the lid and on top of that a black eyeshadow (Kiko Makeup Milano in 180), I used a piece of tape from the outer corner till the tail of my brow to create that clean look and blended the black upwards. With the help of lash glue I patched red glitter (Claire's glitter tower) all over the lid on top of the black. Finished it with black eyeliner on my waterline and a pair of false lashes.
It's simple and with a red outfit you be a little devil for Halloween's night ;)

You have a Halloween party but you know you won't have much time to spend on makeup?! Here's a solution: create a look to use during the day and only add some rhinestones to change for a kind of Goddess!
First of all the base makeup I used for this look is in here and here. You get the information about the products and how I applied them!
The only thing I added to this makeup was a contour and highlight, a few rhinestones and did some curve lines with black eyeliner. It's quick and easy and don't have to be perfect.
As contour I used the same Purple shade of my eye crease and for highlight I chose the 1st color of the Wet n Wild Petal Pusher palette, that's a very light pink with a lot of a shimmer.
The second step was to do some curved lines with a liquid eyeliner (I used my Kiko) put them randomly and try to follow one eye to the other but there's no need to be perfect, mine isn't either.
To finish the look I added rhinestones: 4 on each side and 3 on the center, I also added some little spikes, I really love the way they looked between the black dots.
Here's the finished look, I think it's simple and easy to get put together, the only things you have to buy are the rhinestones and spikes if you don't have any at home. Apart from that you can quickly get it done and be a fabulous Goddess in the party!
Tell me what you think about the look :)

There are different ways to tell a story but let's go to the point, I did my makeup and got some compliments on it so I decided to share with you the look.
I used Nyx Jumbo pencil in Milk all over the lid as well as the 2nd & 3rd color of the Makeup Revolution Iconic 3 palette - a sparkly pink & a mauve. On the crease I used Wet n Wild Petal Pusher palette in the shade Purple and to add some sparkle to my inner corner I used a pearly beige shade from Kiko limited edition palette (Boulevard Collection).
I also smudged my under lash line with the same purple shade. I decided to skip eyeliner this time and only do mascara - a coat of Maybelline Mega Plush Volume Express & the Kiko False Lashes Concentrate Curling Top Coat Mascara.
It's a pretty simple look and the products I used are all affordable which makes it even better. Would love to see your own interpretation of autumn look! Leave me some photos on twitter with the hashtag #autumnlookformary

One thing I love about makeup is the power of changing everything. You can pretty much do anything with makeup and experimenting is one of my favorite ways to be involved in this magic world and improve my general skills.
A while ago I decided to put up a neutral eye with a bit different eyeliner and I ended up with this:
(excuse the bad quality but I'm trying to update for a better camera soon)
For my eyeshadow I used my Inglot palette (review here), the shade 341 all over the lid and 244 on the crease to give a bit of dimension. It results in a very subtle shadow work but I think it complements the next step.
As for my eyeliner I used a mixture of 2 different eyeshadows in equal amounts - Catrice 600 Blackwood Forest & 190 Petrol Keeps Me Running - to make them eyeliner consistency I used Inglot Duraline (review here).
The result is a neutral eye with a pop of color that doesn't differ much from the classic black but still gives the look something else!
I really love to wear this on a daily basis and for the fall I think it's a great option!
On my waterline I used the Kiko Skinny Fit Kajal in 01 and for my lashes I picked Catrice Ultimate Lash Multimizer Volume Mascara in Ultra Black.
Thanks for reading,
To begin with, excuse the quality as you may have noticed my photography is not good since I'm using an old camera but at least you get the idea.
I was playing with some makeup I got recently which includes Duraline by Inglot, that I'll review later, and so that I decided to use some glitter to see how it performs on that side.
I applied black pencil all over the lid to the crease creating this pointy shape and on top of that I glued some old gold colour glitter... It looked like a romantic goth combination so with a liquid eyeliner I drew some curvy shapes with a heart on the center. To complete, I added a thin line on top of my lashes and finished it with a pointy design. As mascara I used the Lash Princess by Essence (review here)
I really like how it turned out!
The products I used:
- Essence I heart Rock gloss eye pencil all over the lid
- Essence Liquid Ink eyeliner waterproof
- Essence Lash Princess Volume Mascara
- Claire's glitter old gold colour
- Inglot - Duraline as glitter 'glue'

What a time to be alive, it always starts like this.
I know I'm not updating the blog as much as you're used to but let's be real, my life have been facing some pretty changes that aren't so pretty at all.
Skipping boring introductions let's go for what matters in fact.
I love to use shadows as liners and this time is no different, the blue color you see above is a Gel Shadow by Kiko that I got from long ago and I can use it as a base for an eyeshadow but I also love it as itself in a line following my lashes! It gives such a nice pop of color and it's creamier enough to work with yet good lasting as itself.
To deepen the crease I used a light brown from my Kiko Street Fashion Eyeshadow Palette in 02 Addictive Song mixed with a light beige matte shadow.
On the inner corner I used the lightest shade of the same Kiko palette and as mascara used my Maybelline Mega Plusher.
I really enjoy wearing this look and since it's not that dramatic everyone is able to adopt it!

I don't know why but every store seems to have sales so after work I went to the mall and decided to pass by Kiko Makeup Milano.. You know... I had to.
They had some products in the sales section that I assume they were limited edition and after walking around I decided to grab 2 products from the Boulevard Rock collection:
- Street Fashion Eyeshadow Palette in 02 Addictive Song - usually 13,90€ - sale 8€
- Skinny Fit Kajal in 01 Intonation Shell - usually 5,90 - sale 3€
The colours are amazing!!! When I saw it my jaw dropped! There are a variety of effects which includes the cream and dark brown on the shimmery type and the other 3 on the matte side! The only shade I have similar to other eyeshadow here is the lightest one on the vertical but the others are just unique and I'm so glad I picked this up! For the price it's an amazing addiction to my collection and as always I love Kiko eyeshadows!
The nude pencil is a must nowadays and since my Catrice one has gone I decided it was just time to pick a new one. It glides on really smoothly and its pigmentation is good.
The swatches have no primer underneath and they are about 2 swipes since the palette is new and the first layer was a bit off. The pigmentation is really good and as I said I really love the colours!
I just went home and decided to create a look with them.. here it is:
I used the light brown all over my crease and the coral colour all over my lid. To add some deepness I used the darkest sparkly brown on the outer part of my lid and used it mixed with the burgundy shade on my under lash line. To highlight I used the cream colour on my inner corner.
Waterline has to be the new nude pencil which is creamy and pigmented and as mascara I used Curling Top Coat Mascara also by Kiko.
As you can see my entire look is all Kiko products and as always an affordable yet amazing quality makeup.

Some days ago I attended a wedding and it was hot, about 24º degrees which it's pretty much when it takes to my oily face keeping all the makeup on! But well I can tell you after 8 hours it still looked amazing! Not 100% flawless but still pretty good for the conditions!
When I went home I looked in the mirror and took some notes about how it looked and here's my thoughts:
Foundation was almost untouched on my forehead and cheeks yet it had gotten into my fine lines around my nose which is completely normal since I didn't wear a primer nor touched powder. On my mouth and chin area it was almost nothing left since I was always cleaning my mouth, you know when you eat you have to clean all the time. I was looking a bit shiny but not oily at all!
My blemishes were almost the same as when I first covered them so my concealer held up very well! The bronzer was how I like it, not too strong and my highlighter was intact. The blush was also a subtle colour.
What it takes to my eyes I used a primer and a white base and I checked 5 hours later it was intact but at the 8 hour mark it was starting to crease a bit, nothing that you would notice unless I was with my eyes closed for a long time! My eyeliner was perfect but my waterline colour has faded.
About the lipstick not going to even bother you! Of course it faded in half an hour of eating and I didn't bother to touch up, it was just unnecessary since I was going to be eating all night long!
The products I used :
Lâncome Photogenic Lumessence in shade 1
Kiko Full Coverage Concealer in shade 1
Rimmel Stay Matt Powder in 05
Essence Beauty Beats Highlighter
Soap & Glory Solar Powder
Catrice Duo Blush 050 Apricot Smoothie
ELF eyeshadow base
NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk
Sleek Palette in Storm
Guerlain lipstick in 13 Giny
