To start off I used a white base to make the shadows pop putting on top Kiko eyeshadow in 167 - a light shimmery blue. Kiko 162 - matt cobalt blue - and Catrice 730 Too Good To Be Blue combined together turned out the perfect shade for a cut crease. The key is to blend everything takes time but its worth it at the final. A thin eyeliner flick over top and a mix of both crease shades on the lower lash line completes the look making any brown eyes pop!
